(NYSE: HOT), today announced that Avenue of the Arts Hotel Costa Mesa, located in Orange County, CA, will debut as a Tribute Portfolio hotel in spring 2016. The 238-room hotel is poised in the hub of Orange County’s Corporate and Cultural Center and the Performing Arts District, as well as steps away from South Coast Plaza, the renowned luxury shopping destination. Owned by Wincome Group, an international real estate company based in Hong Kong, Avenue of the Arts Costa Mesa, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, is set to undergo a multi-million dollar upgrade, debuting completely renovated rooms by the time of opening.
