Classic dishes like Niçoise Salad to Boston Lobster Eggs Benedict will be on offer alongside traditional steak tartar, Mediterranean Salad, Lobster Bisque with chunky lobster, pistachio & garden herb cream and Crab Cake served with lime mayonnaise & frisée salad. Mains will include Lamb Rack with walnut & sourdough crust in cumin jus, Angus U.S Rib Eye Beef roasted and Lemon ‘Brick’ Chicken with green olives & pistachio. To satisfy your sweet tooth you can try the Homemade Waffles or the Mascarpone Cheese Cake.
The red and white wine and champagne will be flowing and DJ Ivan aka Mr. Sit will offer nu-disco, nu-deep house and deep grooves while DJ Roy Malig will play some bossa nova, old school grooves, old jazz new remixes.
MO Bar Weekend Brunch is available on Saturday and Sunday from 12pm to 2:15pm and is priced at HKD588 for one appetizer, one main course with a side order and one dessert, along with a free-flow of Moet and Chandon Champagne, red wine, white wine and soft drinks.
