Hilton Abu Dhabi unveils another Chocolate Landmark

Following the success of last year’s chocolate replica of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, executive pastry chef Praveen Kumar and his brigade took on the noble task of creating another heritage landmark of Abu Dhabi – the Qasr al Hosn fort. The fort, also known as the “White Fort” is Abu Dhabi’s symbolic birthplace and the emirate’s first permanent structure.

The fort, which measures 198 by 120 centimetres, was crafted entirely by hand, using 125 kg of Felchlin Swiss white chocolate. The chocolate masterpiece will be displayed in the lobby of Hilton Abu Dhabi until the end of Eid Al Fitr.
