“CAKE-OFF” Summer with Something Sweet at The Excelsior, Hong Kong

The Excelsior, Hong Kong welcomes summer with a special “CAKE-OFF” campaign this June. Adding a taste of sweetness in the street of Causeway Bay, the Hotel will give away award winning signature cakes to guests who LIKE its official Facebook fan page during the two-day event.

A taste of rich dark chocolate truffle layered with sweet and sour raspberry jelly is exactly what it takes to wake up the taste buds as the weather is heating up. Executive Pastry Chef Kevin Chiu will transform the signature Raspberry Chocolate Truffle into a summer delight and handcraft guests’ initials on the cakes. Guests simply LIKE the Hotel’s official Facebook fan page and will receive the bite-size goodness for free. A maximum of 450 pieces will be given out per day. First come first served.
